Privacy Policy – TrooKiosk Mobile App

        Note: TrooKiosk (TrooNote Mobile) is an internal mobile application developed and operated exclusively for employees of GULF ASIA and its group construction companies operating in the Gulf region.

TrooKiosk is the official mobile companion to the Troonote system used by GULF ASIA companies. Employees use the app to securely access work-related information and perform daily tasks.

Information We Collect and Process

The app processes the following employee data (all of which already exists in the company’s Troonote ERP system):

Employee ID, name, position, department, project/site allocation
Timeslip and attendance records
Payslips and salary information
Personal documents (passport, visa, certificates, etc.)
Daily progress reports, manpower allocation records, welding logs
Leave requests, personal information update requests
Circulars and company announcements
Crash reports and usage logs (anonymized)

How We Use This Information

All data is used strictly for legitimate business and employment purposes, including:

Allowing employees to view timeslips, payslips, and documents
Processing leave requests, personal info updates, and daily reports
Recording site attendance and manpower allocation
Delivering company circulars and notifications
Maintaining security and audit trails for construction project operations
Improving app performance and fixing issues

We do NOT sell, rent, or share employee personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data is only accessible to authorized GULF ASIA personnel and trusted IT service providers under strict confidentiality.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers owned or controlled by GULF ASIA and trusted enterprise providers. Industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular audits are applied.
